Why make resolutions which we know will be difficult to keep up with? Running miles daily? I mean come on! You know your busy life is not going to allow you to do that daily. So why not start with a few simple ones which may not tone your abs but will may be make your heart better and your mind lighter?
Here are some that I am thinking of –

Run 4 miles daily Do 30 minutes of exercise whenever you get time.
Read 3 books in a month Just read (with no race to finish)
Save more money Plan and save and spend.
Do not fight Fight if required, but don’t go to bed in a bad mood.
Start your day with a prayer Start by being grateful for life.
Travel more Explore more, even if it is just the lanes around your neighborhood.
